Everything you need to know before joining

Your first two months are completely free. Full platform access, no fees. Use that time to run real events, real bookings, and real operations on myTabler. You sign a six-month agreement, and you can cancel at no cost within the first 30 days.
After your two free months, pricing is based on the plan that fits your venue’s size and needs. Your onboarding agent will walk you through the options during setup. There is no one-size-fits-all rate because a 30-seat restaurant and a 300-capacity nightclub are not the same business.
HOW IT WORKS
Months 1 and 2: Free. Full access. We handle onboarding, floor plan setup, and staff training.
Months 3 to 6: Your plan’s monthly fee for the remaining four months, paid in advance during month two.
A six-month agreement, with free cancellation in the first 30 days. No hidden charges, and no setup or onboarding fees.

You do not need to stop using WhatsApp tomorrow. myTabler runs alongside your existing workflow from day one. Bookings, payments, and operations now have a system behind them. Your team will still communicate on WhatsApp. They just will not be running the business on it.

Send us a photo or sketch. Our team digitises it into an interactive floor plan, no work required from you.

Go Live
Your venue appears on the marketplace. Guests book, you approve, payments clear through MoMo.

Guests pay through Mobile Money (MoMo). When a guest requests a table, no money moves yet. If the venue approves, the guest has a payment window, currently one hour, to pay. If the venue declines, nothing is charged. No chasing, no screenshots, no “I sent the money.”
Card payments are supported as a secondary method. Cash reconciliation is available for walk-ins. Every payment flows into the revenue ledger with full attribution.

No new devices needed. myTabler runs in the browser on any phone or tablet your staff already has. No app download required for operations.
The night-of check-in interface was designed for speed under pressure. One search bar. One tap to check in. Colour-coded floor plan that updates in real time. Your door staff can learn it in five minutes.
Role-based access means operations staff only see what they need, and finance gets the full picture.

myTabler is built on cloud infrastructure with a 99.5% monthly uptime target. This excludes scheduled maintenance. Critical issues get a response within one hour.
During your free months, our team is on call for every event night your venue runs on the platform. You will not be left alone on a Saturday at midnight.

Promoters are essential. myTabler does not replace them, it gives them better tools. The Event Co-Host role provides scoped access to their specific event: approve bookings, manage table inventory, run night-of check-in, and see the revenue report for their event only.
Every approval, every check-in, every settlement is attributed and timestamped. The promoter still curates. The venue still controls. Everyone works from the same record.

They work until they do not. A spreadsheet cannot send a guest an invoice. It cannot collect a MoMo deposit. It cannot check in a guest at the door or produce an auditable financial record your accountant can reconcile without calling three people.
If your current system is genuinely working, you can answer these instantly: what is your no-show rate this month? Your average table revenue by event type? Your repeat guest percentage? If you cannot, your system is not working. It is just familiar.
